Umpire Assessment

This report is used by the Umpiring Committee of E&DCL for umpire assessment, training and finals appointments. Your constructive comments are very much appreciated. To assist umpire development, this report will be forwarded to the umpire progressively throughout the season.


Each captain is required to assess the umpire's performance during the match.
All questions should be answered by marking the appropriate box.


This report MUST be submitted to E&DCL not later then Wednesday after the completion of match
