Should 1st Div and T20 Go color ?

Hi Gentlemen,

Introduction of color clothing in permiere div have certainly pleased lot of playing members. It really worked well in premiere division. But lots of us were deprived from it. I have also seen a lot of demand by players in our league also. They want to play in COLOR! The EDCL website polls, clearly suggests this way also. So why not implement it in the whole league for next season.. :)

Most importantly it really looked good from spectators point of view (who had less knowledge of game) that two different teams were playing.

Putting only in premiere and not in other divisions certainly have some draw backs. For clubs having two team in premiere and 1st Div, they have to go through lots of administrative effort every weekend to sort out color/white kits depending on the game..

What benefit goes to league ? Beside simple administration (i.e. how many red/white balls to order), new clubs coming must be organized enough to have proper clothing for their team. This will reflect their committment level and won't drop out in the middle of the season.

Something beside the topic, im not sure.. if lots of people agree.. pink balls in T20 were good idea. Keep it like that in future for T20s only. It was forsure more visible with Red ball during the night time. It will also work well with color clothing also (not discussing the quality and reliability of ball.... just the color and visibility).

Plain old white.. time for it to go? open for your thoughts and discussion...
