Minutes of Special Meeting - Jan 31st, 2010
Hi Gentlemen,
Please see the attached letter (letterTotheBody.pdf) from the Vice President, Bryn Whittaker.
Also I'm attaching budget for infrastructure upgrades and minutes of Special general meeting held on Jan 31th 2010.
Last financial statements and the latest bank statement will be available at the Semi AGM in March. These financial statements will also be available at the new secured location on-line as soon as possible (likely mid summer).
