E&DCL casino will be held on April 13th and April 14th 2010 at Palace Casino (West Edmonton Mall).


Casino volunteer forms were distributed to the member of league at the Special General body meeting (You can download form here also, see attachment below). These forms must be submitted to our casino coordinator Khalid, either through e-mail (kbacchus@flowserve.com) or fax (780-464-1801) as soon as possible.


The volunteer positions are as follows.


1) Cashiers - (Required 2 per shift - 4 total for the day and night shift)
2) Bankers - (Required 1 per shift - 2 total for the day and night shift)
3) Chiprunner - (Required 2 per shift - 4 total for day and night shift)
4) Countroom - 6 person per nite with 1 supervisor - total of 7 for the night.


Following important points to remember:



  • Bring one piece of photo id (driver license preferred) on the day of your shift.
  • All volunteers should stay away from bar and playing tables and spend most of their times in volunteer's room.
  • Volunteers are required to wear volunteer tags all the time during their shift.
  • E&DCL need two volunteers from every club and one backup.
  • Casino will be held for two days. E&DCL is required to have 20 people for each day
  • Volunteers are requested to dress appropriately for their shift.
  • Any food ordered by volunteers, their names must be printed on the food receipts instead of signatures. It is recommended to order and eat in the volunteer lounge.
