To All Clubs,

According to the motion passed in the special general meeting (see below), E&DCL will be auctioning its bowling machine. All interested parties looking to buy the machine, must hand in their bid, in person on February 15th (Monday - Family Day) at Victoria Park Club house at 11:00 AM. Minimum starting bid is $1,500.

Motion: Sell machine as it is for the minimum of $1500. The process of selling will be sealed bid on or before 15th of February 2010.

The executive committee would like to thank the members of our league who attended the special general meeting yesterday and most of all, giving their unanimous support to the initiatives which were presented.

The Banquet Committee has decided to display a slide show of all team pictures during the banquet on Nov 14th. This will help all the teams to show their good memories and spirit of Cricket to the community. So we would like to have your team group pictures send to us by Nov 4th. After banquet these pictures will be posted on the website. Please limit your number of pictures to 30.

At the E&DCL Semi-AGM dated March 21, 2009 it was agreed upon by all clubs to hold an end of the year banquet. The purpose of the banquet is to recognize teams and individuals for outstanding performance, liaison with the city administration and community members, highlighting the growth of cricket in Edmonton and providing an opportunity for all teams to share good memories.
