  1. Players/Spectators Expectations

    To All Clubs,

    The Executive has noticed a considerable improvement in the littering around the ground and the cleanliness of the pavilion and we thank all those who are making an effort to improve things. There is still a way to go!

  2. Committee for 2010 Banquet

    Gentlemen,

    We are still hoping for members to come forward and volunteer for the banquet committee. So far there has been little interest shown. If you can commit to this duty can you please forward your name to the secretary no later than September 10th.

    If we do not have a committee we will cancel the November date that has been booked for the banquet and strive to have awards ready to hand out at the October AGM.

  3. Schedule Update *Sep 1st* - FINAL

    Gentlemen,

    Here is the final schedule for the 2010 season. There will be absolutely no changes made
    to this.

  4. T20 Final and Schedule Update *AUG 31st*

    To All Clubs,

    T20 FINAL will be played between Rising Stars and Elites on the long weekend Monday 06 Sep at Victoria Park. Game will be starting at 5:30 PM.

  5. T20 Semi-Finals and Schedule Update *Aug 28th/29th*

    To All Clubs,

    T20 Semi-Finals will be played at Victoria Park on Saturday August 28th according to following plan.

    Semi Final 1: Rising Stars vs Gujarat [12:00 PM – 3:00 PM]
    Semi Final 2: Elites vs Edmonton [3:30 PM – 6:30 PM]

    Premiere Division Schedule Update:

    In order to accommodate T20 semi-final teams, Premiere Division game of MWA vs ELB is moved from 28-Aug at St. Albert to 29-Aug at Victoria Park.

  6. Pakistan Floods

    Gentlemen,

    The flooding disaster in Pakistan has hit very close to home. In support of the many players in our midst who hail from Pakistan and who may have families affected by this disaster, the E@DCL is donating $2000 to the relief fund. The executive is asking for individual donations to make this a much larger sum, if we all individually donated $20 we could send in excess of $5000.

    Please let the secretary know by the weekend so we can get these funds out by Monday.

  9. T20 Play Offs - Stats Stats Stats!!

    To All Clubs,

    Its T20 Play offs time! T20 Quarter finals will be played this weekend (Aug 21st/22nd). I would like to request all the winning team captains to enter all T20 Stats by the end of day Wednesday (August 18th) so that top three (3) teams in each division can be determined. I will be approving all remaining T20 stats on Thursday morning and send the play off schedule out by Friday.

    Play off Format:

    - Top team in each division will make it to Semi-finals.
    - Second and Third teams in each division will play quarter finals from other Division.
